What is the Communication & Collaboration Committee?
The Communication and Collaboration Advisory Committee aims to design curriculum to help our coaches relate to kids in the areas of diversity, social injustice, and inclusion. We want to establish tools to provide guidance, knowledge, and comfort while discussing sensitive topics with staff, athletes, parents, and the community.
Our C&C Committee is responsible for the creation of our 4-L Professional Development lessons for coaches.
