The Texas High School Coaches Association has announced an official collaboration with Dell Children’s Ascension as a Health, Safety, and Wellness sponsor. Dell Children’s is an exceptional pediatric facility that provides Central Texas families access to a wide range of healthcare services for children and adolescents. Health, Safety, and Wellness will be provided to all THSCA members.

“THSCA is proud to be collaborating with the Dell Children’s Ascension, an organization that is nationally recognized for their efforts to serve children...,” said Joe Martin, Executive Director of THSCA. “We consider it a great asset that our coaches can communicate this to their kids and the parents concerning the health, safety, and wellness of their children.”

Dell Children’s will title awards with THSCA called the Dell Children’s Trainer of the Year and the Academic All State Student Trainer Team powered by Dell Children’s. Downloads from Dell Children’s will be available on the THSCA website, along with communication from the Texas Coach magazine, Weekly News Brief, and sportsYou communication platform.

"Dell Children’s priority is to help keep children healthy and active. Our collaboration is in alignment with the Texas High School Coaches Education Foundation and expands our reach in Central Texas and beyond," said Adam Bauman, Vice President, Orthopedics, Sports and Rehabilitation Services, Ascension Texas. "We are thrilled to be the official partner for health, safety, and wellness for high school coaches and provide educational tools needed to help keep student-athletes safe."
