EXHIBIT BOOTH SET-UP:
Saturday, July 17, 2027 – 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
(This is the only time move-in is allowed.)
SHOW DATES & HOURS:
Sunday, July 18, 2027 – 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Monday, July 19, 2027 – 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday, July 20, 2027 – 7:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
(All exhibitors must remain set-up and show-ready until the official close of the show.)
EXHIBIT BOOTH BREAKDOWN & MOVE-OUT:
Tuesday, July 20, 2027 – 11:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
(This is the only time move-out is allowed.)
BOOTH PRICES:
10’ x 10’ in-line booth = $1,300
10′ x 10′ corner booth = $1,500
ALL BAYS/ISLANDS PRICED AS LABELED ON FLOOR PLAN.
INCLUDED WITH BOOTH PURCHASE:
In-Line & Corner Booths:
- 8’ tall back drape & 3’ tall side drapes (black drape).
- 6’ long skirted table, 2 chairs and waste basket (for each 100 square foot space rented).
- Company identification sign to be placed on back drape.
Bays/Islands:
- Above items not placed, but may be provided upon request.
Ordering Booth Amenities
Freeman is our General Service Contractor, who will be assisting with move-in/move-out, electricity, internet, shipping, carpet, furnishings, etc. For more information about ordering from Freeman, or information on lead retrieval, catering, and audio visual equipment – please check back in Spring 2027.
How to Register as an Exhibitor

Follow these steps to reserve your space:
- Choose Your Booth
View the 2027 Exhibit Hall Floor Plan under Exhibitor Downloads and select your preferred booth locations from the available spaces shown in yellow. The floor plan is updated weekly as booths are assigned.
Need a space larger than 10’x10’? Select neighboring booths and the divider will be removed to create one larger space. - Submit Contract & Payment
Download the 2027 Exhibit Contract under Exhibitor Downloads and list your top 4 booth choices. Email or mail the completed contract to THSCA with full payment. - Receive Confirmation
Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis once both the contract and payment are received. You’ll receive an email confirmation and receipt after your booth is assigned.
