Instructions for Booking:
Texas High School Coaches (THSCA) has negotiated discounted hotel rates for 2026 THSCA Convention attendees. Using the booking link below, you can review the hotel options, make real-time reservations through our secure hotel booking website, or contact our housing provider by phone, fax or email. You must make your hotel reservation through Orchid Events. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space available basis.
The THSCA discounted hotel block is now closed. After July 1, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.
Discounted Parking for attendees is available in the Tundra Garage (1515 Jackson Street) for $8 per day. (No Overnight Parking)
Deposit
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee or check equaling the amount of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED during this initial stage and will be held as a GUARANTEE only.
Acknowledgments
Orchid Events will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email if booked online or by telephone. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Orchid Events. You will not receive written confirmation from the hotel.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations made after June 1, 2026, and prior to 5 days prior to arrival date will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Continue to use Orchid.Events for all changes and cancellations through July 1, 2026. After July 1, 2026, cancellations must be directed to your assigned hotel at least 5 days prior to arrival or a one night’s room and tax charge will be assessed by the hotel.
An early departure date fee will apply. Verify your departure date and contact the hotel at least three (3) days prior to check-in to avoid this penalty.
Your hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card a deposit for one night’s room and tax for each room reservation on or after July 1, 2026.
