Urban ISD Advisory Committee

After traveling the state on our annual ACC (Association, Communication & Collaboration) Tour in 2018, we spoke with several athletic directors about the unique challenges that urban school districts face. We felt these entities could particularly benefit from being in the same room to discuss the unique issues they face and collaborate on ways THSCA might be able to help solve some of those recurring issues.

This committee meets annually with the THSCA Executive Staff to learn more about how THSCA can help their programs specifically with coach retention, personal and professional development opportunities, legislative concerns, THSCA program involvement and much more.
