THSCA Digital Membership Cards with DragonFly Athletics

The Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA) and DragonFly Athletics are excited to announce that digital THSCA Membership Cards are now available!

These new DIGITAL Member Cards will replace all previously issued membership cards and provide a more convenient, secure, and accessible experience. Your membership card can be accessed directly from your smartphone through the DragonFly Teams App, ensuring your membership credentials are always available when needed. These new cards also have a custom validation process built in through the DragonFly Teams App to ensure a smooth and seamless processing for gate attendants at game entry.

Getting Started by Activating your Membership Card with DragonFly

  1. Download the DragonFly Teams App to access your membership card by either clicking the link below or searching DragonFly Teams in your app store.

  2. Click Get Started
  3. Click Sign Up to create your DragonFly account (this is separate from your THSCA Membership Portal account)
  4. Create an account with the same email that you use for your THSCA Membership Portal.
  5. Once you create an account then DragonFly will email you a verification code to enter on the app.
  6. You should now be logged in to your account on the app (if not you will need to login with the information you created during step 4.
  7. Click Store on the bottom of the app.
  8. Next to DragonFly Athletics there should be a down arrow, click that and select the THSCA Texas High School Coaches Association Store.
  9. Click 2026-27 THSCA Membership card
  10. Fill out all information exactly like it appears in your THSCA Portal Account. (Be aware that the first and last name fields are case sensitive and must match exactly as they appear in your THSCA account or you will get an invalid error.)
  11. Upload a headshot photo
  12. Select your school (if your school is not on the list or you are retired, leave this field blank).
  13. Click Order, review your information, and then click Getto complete the process.
  14. Click Cards on the bottom of the app and your 26-2027 THSCA Membership Card will be there. 

(If you would like to print a copy of your THSCA Membership Card, you can do so from your DragonFly Dashboard HERE after you have activated your card using the steps above.)
