Hotel & Parking Information
The THSCA Discounted Hotel Block will open for public booking on Tuesday, 2/6/23 at 10 AM.
Those that attend their THSCA Regional Meeting will receive an early access code for
booking between 5 pm on 2/4 through 5 pm on 2/5!
Instructions for Booking:
THSCA has negotiated discounted hotel rates for Coaching School 2023 attendees. You must make your hotel reservation through Visit Houston Housing. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space available basis. Submit your request as soon as possible for the best opportunity of receiving your hotel choice.
Deadline
All reservations must be received by July 1, 2023, to guarantee availability and conference rates.* After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.

Ways to Book Hotel Reservations
Deposit
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee for each room reserved. Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED during this initial stage and will be held as a GUARANTEE only. Hotels may charge a one night’s room and tax deposit for each room reservation on or after July 10, 2022.
Acknowledgments
Visit Houston Housing will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email if booked online or by telephone; If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Visit Houston Housing at housing@visithouston.com.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations may be made without charge until June 1, 2023. Cancellations made between June 2 and up to 72 hours prior to arrival will incur a $50 cancellation fee per reservation. If it is within 72 hours of arrival, cancellation fees will apply. Through July 10, 2023 changes and cancellations can be made online or by contacting VISIT HOUSTON HOUSING. After July 10, 2022, cancellations must be directed to your assigned hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival or a one night’s room and tax charge will be assessed by the hotel.
Please note the following fee is not included in room rates: 1.25% Tourism Public Improvement District (PID) Fee. Room rates and PID fees are subject to 16.75% Hotel Tax per Night. (Subject to change) *Additional fees may apply for 3rd or 4th person in room: If a rollaway bed is required.*
