Convention | Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA)

The THSCA Convention & Coaching School is THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE ATHLETICS CONFERENCE in the state of Texas. This three-day annual conference offers a wide range of education sessions on both boys and girls sports, athletic administration, as well as health and safety topics, multiple networking opportunities, rules meetings, an on-site job room, an awards banquet, and an astounding array of exhibits. On average the THSCA Convention draws an attendance of over 13,000 coaches, athletic administrators and exhibitors.

REGISTRATION

Pre-registration for 2020 Coaching School in San Antonio will open on
March 1, 2020.

EXHIBIT HALL

Exhibit Hall Floor Plan for 2020 is now available onsite. We will upload the contract for download on Sept. 1st.

AGENDA & SPEAKERS

We plan to offer a tentative schedule of events on our website by April 1st!

We are planning to keep our expanded list of content up for the 2020 convention and continue to include options for completing ALL of the mandatory U.I.L. CCP courses!

ACCOMMODATIONS

The THSCA Discounted Hotel Block for 2020 will open February 1st for those coaches who attend their regional meeting and get the "Early Access" Code. The block will open to the public on Tuesday, Feb. 4th.

The 2020 Headquarters Hotel will be the Grand Hyatt Hotel.
