10’ x 10’ booth = $1,000
10' x 10' PREMIUM booth = $1,200 (indicated with a star on floor plan)
ALL BAYS AND END CAPS PRICED AS LABELED ON FLOOR PLAN.
INCLUDED WITH BOOTH PURCHASE:
8’ tall back drape & 3’ tall side drapes (black drape).
6’ long table, 2 chairs and waste basket (for each 100 square foot space rented).
Company identification sign to be placed on back drape.
Above items may be provided complimentary upon request.
All exhibitirs that submit a contract prior to June 1 will receive a listing in the exhibitor directory which will be accessible to attendees.

MAKE BOOTH SELECTIONS - View the 2023 Exhibit Hall Floor Plan under Exhibitor Downloads. Make your booth selections from available booths (see key for details on price and availability). The THSCA assigns booths once a week and the floor plan is updated accordingly.
SUBMIT CONTRACT & PAYMENT - Download and complete the 2023 Exhibit Space Contract under Exhibitor Downloads. Note your top 4 booth selections on the contract, and mail or email your completed contract to the THSCA with full payment.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENT & CONFIRMATION - The THSCA assigns booths in the order that contracts and full payment are received (first come, first serve). After your booth space has been assigned, your booth confirmation and receipt will be emailed to you.
