  • Monday, July 19, 2021 – 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  • Tuesday, July 20, 2021 – 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

EXHIBIT BOOTH BREAKDOWN & MOVE-OUT:

  • Tuesday, July 20, 2021 – 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

 

BOOTH PRICES:

10’ x 10’ booth = $700

10' x 10' PREMIUM booth = $800 (as indicated with a star on floor plan)

 ALL BAYS AND END CAPS PRICED AS LABELED ON FLOOR PLAN.

INCLUDED WITH BOOTH PURCHASE:

In-Line Booths:

  • 8’ tall back drape & 3’ tall side drapes (black drape).

  • 6’ long table, 2 chairs and waste basket (for each 100 square foot space rented).

  • Company identification sign to be placed on back drape.

Bays:

  • Above items my be provided upon request.

 

ALL EXHIBITORS will receive a listing in the exhibitor directory which will be accessible to attendees.

 

EXHIBITOR DOWNLOADS

HOW TO SIGN UP AS AN EXHIBITOR:

1.     MAKE BOOTH SELECTION - View the 2021 Exhibit Hall Floor Plan under Exhibitor Downloads. Make your booth selection from available booths (see key for details on price and availability). The THSCA assigns booths once a week and the floor plan is updated accordingly.
 

2.     SUBMIT CONTRACT & PAYMENT - Download and complete the 2021 Exhibit Space Contract under Exhibitor Downloads. Note your top 4 booth selections on the contract, and email (to mollyfly@thsca.com) or mail your completed contract to the THSCA with full payment.
 

3.     BOOTH ASSIGNMENT & CONFIRMATION - The THSCA assigns booths in the order that contracts and full payment are received (first come, first serve). After your booth space has been assigned, your booth confirmation and receipt will be emailed to you.

 

WARNING

There are very few select companies that the THSCA works with to conduct the show. We keep your contact information confidential. The only place your contact information is distributed is in our buyer’s guide and in the convention guide distributed at the show. With a show of our magnitude, unfortunately new scammers emerge every year claiming to sell hotel rooms, audio visual equipment, attendee lists, etc. They usually claim to be working on our behalf, when we are not affiliated at all. Please do not give your money to any company claiming to be working on our behalf without confirming their legitimacy with us first.
