All exhibitors that submit a contract prior to June 1 will be posted in the exhibitor listing, which will be accessible to attendees.
HOW TO REGISTER AS AN EXHIBITOR:

To reserve a booth, please follow the steps below.
1. MAKE BOOTH SELECTIONS - View the 2025 Exhibit Hall Floor Plan below. Make your booth selections from available booths in YELLOW. The floor plan is updated with assignments weekly.
2. SUBMIT CONTRACT & PAYMENT - Download and complete the 2025 Exhibit Contract. Note your top 4 booth selections on the contract and send it with full payment to the THSCA via email or mail.
3. BOOTH ASSIGNMENT & CONFIRMATION - Booth assignments are made in the order that contracts AND full payment are received. Once your booth has been assigned, you will receive an email with your booth confirmation and receipt.

ORDERING BOOTH AMENITIES:
Amenities not listed above, such as carpet, furnishings, electricity, internet, and lead retrieval are not included with your booth and must be ordered by the exhibitor. Ordering information will be provided here in Spring of 2025.
