10’ x 10’ booth = $1,000
10' x 10' PREMIUM booth = $1,200 (indicated with a star on floor plan)
ALL BAYS PRICED AS LABELED ON FLOOR PLAN.
INCLUDED WITH BOOTH PURCHASE:
8’ tall back drape & 3’ tall side drapes (black drape).
6’ long skirted table, 2 chairs and waste basket (for each 100 square foot space rented).
Company identification sign to be placed on back drape.
Above items may be provided upon request.
All exhibitors that submit a contract prior to June 1 will be posted in the exhibitor listing, which will be accessible to attendees.

MAKE BOOTH SELECTIONS - View the 2024 Exhibit Hall Floor Plan under Exhibitor Downloads. Make your booth selections from available booths in WHITE (see key for details on price and availability). The THSCA assigns booths bi-weekly and the floor plan is updated accordingly.
SUBMIT CONTRACT & PAYMENT - Download and complete the 2024 Exhibit Contract under Exhibitor Downloads. Note your top 4 booth selections on the contract, and email or mail your completed contract to the THSCA with full payment.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENT & CONFIRMATION - The THSCA assigns booths in the order that contracts and full payment are received (first come, first serve). After your booth space has been assigned, your booth confirmation and receipt will be emailed to you.
