The THSCA has implemented a  mentorship program called The R.O.C.K. Coaches Mentoring Program (Rare, Outstanding, Compelled and Knowledgeable)  — powered by THSCEF & TAMU. This mentorship program is designed to connect with a younger generation of coaches. The R.O.C.K. Coaches Mentoring Program will match a coach that is new to the profession (the mentee) with a veteran coach (the mentor) to gain advice, encouragement, and insights into their career aspirations and to help them grow in their desired coaching fields.

To volunteer to be a mentor, or nominate a young coach to be a ROCK mentee in the program, login online to the THSCA Member Portal and find the option to "Browse Open Competitions" under the Awards tab of the menu.
